WRITE NITE: EPISTOLARY FICTION is a highly collaborative workshop rooted in first person character building, voice, and experiments with rhetorical writing.
Craft discussion will center around the art of the confession and the unique components of letter writing.
We will spend about 45 minutes writing on site and sharing work.
A note about Write Nite:
Write Nite is designed for all levels and ages! The workshops are experimental in nature so there is no experience required. In fact, the less you know about the theme, the better. The goal of Write Nite is to open our creative brains to new literary and creative experiences.
All you need is a sense of curiosity and an interest in looking at your creative practice through a new lens...and a notebook. Bring a notebook :)
$8-10 sliding scale. This workshop will be led by Maryan Nagy Captan and hosted by The Head & The Hand.
