The hour consists of guided meditations to help you relax, build resiliency, and to cultivate patience for yourself. You have the option to lean into the meditations fully or to pull out your journal at any point to preserve any thoughts that might arise throughout the session.
This is a safe space to explore meditation for beginners who are interested in learning mindfulness techniques as well as for writers who are looking to explore their inner world, as a means for developing further their unique voice.
Please bring along a yoga mat and a journal.

About the Instructor:
Alexandria Mello is a mindfulness and mental health advocate from Massachusetts with a BA in Holistic Psychology and training in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction. She has been holding curated wellness workshops since 2019 that emphasize resiliency and self-compassion. She is passionate about journaling and exploring mindfulness in unprescribed ways.
