We're hosting a free story time with Indigenous author Colleen Farwell on July 23 at 10:30 AM in the Mural City Garden.

Colleen will explore the continuing bond between mother and child in this beautifully written book with stunning illustrations of contemporary Indigenous art.

• Colleen will also read from other book favorites and talk about the cultural and agricultural importance of flowers, bees, fireflies, and butterflies.

• There will also be an art activity where kids can use seeds to decorate images and patterns.
